The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reported that officers responded to an incident at approximately 3:39 am involving a Toyota and a Chevrolet Corvette.
A deceased woman was found inside the Toyota by local fire department personnel, with Ruggs identified as the driver of the Corvette

Facebook shutting down facial recognition system

Good. I honestly forgot they had this option. I'm assuming it was meant to sign in with your face and for the system to recognize you when others upload photos with you in them. But I feel like they could have easily given this type of software to the FBI, police, the government and more to use against us. I mean, lets face it, facial recognition software exists already and I'm sure the government has their hands on something like it. If not, they'd just have some tech nerd make it for them if they haven't already.

Glad it's on Facebook, but it changes nothing in terms of our own privacy.
