As a woman who has employees who has a business, who is definitely on a path to build more wealth, I agree with this statement I don’t think men generally speaking don’t want a boss chick.

My $0.02 is that men don’t want a boss lady but not because we are intimidated by them but because we are born to be providers and so you won’t win us over talking about how good of a provider you are.

When a woman leads on income and success she will be rejected by successful men because there is no masculine/feminine polarity in the relationship. This Is not to say that women cannot be successful but what you don’t want to do is place your value in it because you’re trying to entice men with something they don’t need.

The analogy I use is bees. You can’t hold up honey to attract bees and get mad at the bees for not flocking. Bees make honey, you need to hold up what the bees can’t make but need, Nectar and Pollen!

I think if she is coming across men who are intimidated by her then she is probably dating beneath her or dating insecure men. My $0.02 I don’t date men so I don’t know how they act behind closed doors but for myself, a woman making more than me or doing better than me means nothing.

Have you ever changed the mind of a racist person? I have never been able to change the mind of a racist person, but I have had spats with some in the past. Usually the white guys who are into hunting and wearing flannel lol.

I know there are some people who were once racists, but changed their views after finally realizing how stupid they were. Have you ever had success with changing a racists mind? If so, how did it go?

I guess this happened today. William Shatner and Amazon CEO (ex ceo I think) Jeff Bezos went into space with their Blue Origin spacecraft. It was a successful flight. I caught a video of the launch and them coming back to earth. Honestly looked fake to me when it landed back on earth, but I suppose it's just something you don't normally see that often.

Anyway, I grew up into space travel and at one point even wanted to be an astronaut lol, but that obviously didn't pan out for me. Anyway would you guys ever go onto one of these ships? It's crazy expensive though, but if they ever give free seats out to some citizens, I would take a seat in a heartbeat. I think it'd be cool to be out in space, even if it's like 5 minutes or something. But not tons of cash.

Jelani Day's Mom Sets Record Straight After Reports Autopsy Showed Organs Were Missing


Day, an Illinois State University grad student, disappeared on Aug. 24 and was reported missing soon after by his family and a professor. His car was found two days later in a wooded area near where his body was ultimately discovered in the Illinois River under what police have said were "unusual circumstances."

The latest update from Day's family includes a statement from his mother, Carmen Bolden Day, who said "some things need and have to be clarified."

"No organs were missing. I do not want to stray off from the facts," the statement read. "There were contradicting facts from the first preliminary autopsy compared to the second independent autopsy, but this is not a case of organ harvesting, however, my son did not put himself in a river."

Reports had surfaced in recent days indicating Day's body was missing several organs when an independent autopsy was ordered by the family.

LaSalle County Coroner Richard Ploch told NBC 5 in a statement "some were severely decomposed due to the body being in the water," but he noted that no organs were missing.

Day's mother did not comment further on the "contradicting facts" she cited between the autopsies, but continued her cry for answers.

"My son was murdered and my goal and purpose are to find out what happened and hold those responsible accountable!!!” she wrote.

Little information has been released since Day's body was identified weeks after it was found in September in the Illinois River near Peru, a far southwest Chicago suburb. The location was miles from where Day was last seen, but not far from where his car had been discovered days earlier.

There is a nice area I have been looking into for when I buy a house. I saw a number of houses in my price range that would be perfect for me. Problem is, I found out my ex and his girlfriend bought a house out there earlier this year. I don't know where but I am being put off by it now. I honestly don't want to run into him or her. I know they had a kid together a few years back as well. I only know all this cause she is a nurse too and was a temp at my clinic a few weeks back to fill in since we have been short-staffed. One of my co-workers told me about it. What would you do in this position?

ATC kept telling dude to pull up and he kept responding back regular so I think he was disoriented and didn’t know he was descending.

He crashed into a neighborhood…two homes were destroyed and a UPS driver was killled.

Crazy how life can go instantly with no rhyme or reason. Shout out to the grudge thread…don’t try to hold on to those grudges.

I guess it depends on what happened but I feel like I typically do hold grudges. I've never been great at being someone who forgives and forgets lol But I know that can help if it's something that continues to effect you. If you don't hold a grudge, what are some things you do that to help get over something?

Cannabis has been legalized in some states, either it be for medicinal use, or recreational for some lucky ones. But there are still many states where it's still illegal to smoke cannabis or ingest it in any way. So far Colorado, Michigan and other states are making tons of cash from the dispensaries that have sprung up since. I'm all for legalization. I feel cannabis is one of the safest drugs you can take. I prefer it over drinking honestly.

Anyway, has your state legalized cannabis? If not, what's the laws for it where you live?

I remember when I first heard about this, I thought "yeah this can't be for real!" but with everything that has happened in the last year alone, it really makes you think. I feel like they are trying to push this through and most people have no idea it is even happening because they disguise it using race issues, gender issues, climate issues, and money issues. This kind of stuff always starts in Cali too.

What are your thoughts on this? How would you like to own nothing and be happy?

I don't know if you all heard but they are having a lot of issues right now. There are flight attendants and pilots either going on strike or flat out quitting over the vaccine mandates. I applaud them for it but I feel like this is only going to result in what the rich people want. They don't want everyday people to be able to afford the luxury of flights. It is almost as if they knew the budget airlines would tank first. What are your thoughts on all this?
