Simon Leviev -- AKA the "Tinder Swindler" -- is now in the crosshairs of the extremely wealthy diamond-titan family that he pretended to be a part of ... they've just filed a criminal court complaint against him.

Guy Ophir -- lawyer for the true Leviev family -- says charges were filed Monday morning in Israel against Simon, telling us justice must be served for the malice brought against the Leviev name.

The legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- outline the ways in which Simon allegedly took advantage of the family, including most notably changing his name from Shimon Yehuda Hayut to Simon Leviev to give the appearance of wealth ... Simon claimed to be a part of a wealthy family, with ties to the diamond industry.

Ophir tells TMZ ... according to Israel law, only the state can file criminal charges ... but there is an exception to the rule -- in cases of "Malice Defamation" like this one.

In these cases, the person that was hurt can file a private criminal charge and ask for criminal punishment. By using the Leviev family name, Ophir claims Simon committed malice defamation and malice invasion of privacy.

A chapter leader in the far-right Proud Boys extremist gang was charged with assault Sunday in Akron, Ohio, after he was recorded shouting racial epithets at a black woman and then sucker-punching her in the face.

A man police identified as Andrew Walls, 26, was caught on video outside a bar in the early hours of Sunday, stumbling and scuffling with other patrons while spewing a torrent of racial slurs. His victim, 23-year-old Cameron Morgan, was passing by with a friend when she heard Walls and others around him screaming “Fucking n---ers.”

She later told her father that she confronted Walls after realizing she was the only Black person around.

“We were like ... ‘You can’t say that. That’s not OK,’” she told her dad, local teacher and former sportswriter David Lee Morgan Jr., who recorded the conversation and provided a transcript to HuffPost.

Video taken by Cameron Morgan’s friend shows what happened next: Walls squares up, points his finger at Morgan, and repeats the racist slur, adding: “Bitch, shut your mouth.” He then cocks his right fist and punches her directly in the face, the impact of which releases a blood-curdling pop.

Morgan was treated for a concussion.

I thought I would ask this question here to scope out what you all would rather have and why. You can always obtain a good partner or good career later in life but what about your ideal dream career or ideal dream partner? If one could be guaranteed to you but you have to choose one or the other, which would it be?

B1 Family, finally made it! Left TX at 11am & arrived in GA at midnight.
Nice drive, but not really any beautiful scenery that I expected.
That Toyota Sienna Hybrid however, OHHHH YEAHHH! That bad boy had passing gear speed that was excellent & much appreciated!
Anyway, truly blessed to be reunited with my husband after long an extensive Chiropractic rehabilitation. Now, I'll just be going to remain in alignment & the workouts keep me in shape

White farmers sued the federal government, based on racial discrimination, stopping the aid assigned during the pandemic for black farmers in this country. This is what we go through. The people that are the most privileged go at the people with the least privilege. No other group has to contend with the hate that we contend with. It's amazing that no one else has to fight for moneys owed but us. This is the do low twist by both the Dems and Repubs but since we vote mainly for the Dems, they use this as a way to say that they tried but someone else got in the way when it pertains to us. We will continue to fight, write letters, make calls and stand up for the things that do not represent our interests.

President Biden will deliver remarks this afternoon to announce his decision to nominate Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court, the White House said, calling her an "exceptionally qualified and historic nominee."

The President will speak at 2 p.m. ET, according to updated White House schedule guidance.

In a tweet, Biden said Jackson is "one of our nation's brightest legal minds and will be an exceptional Justice."

Jackson will also be delivering remarks alongside Biden this afternoon, according to the White House. Her nomination sets in motion a historic confirmation process for the first Black woman to sit on the highest court in the nation.

The White House said in a statement that Biden "conducted a rigorous process" to identify a replacement for Justice Stephen Breyer and select Jackson.
