I saw a podcast once on why Africa is so in click with China. They said that China made the most effort. Still, I see it as trading one colonizer for another. At the end of the day, Africa, as a collective, will never really prosper until it gets past tribalism and ethnicity (Nigeria, Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa) and in some cases religion (Nigeria, Sudan).
And most of all corruption and the rule of law.

I am thinking about getting back into a fitness routine, and I was thinking a good way to stay motivated would be to use a fitness tracker to help me in the whole process. I give up a lot on fitness, and I think having a fitness tracker and setting weekly goals will keep me invested in it.

What are some good fitness trackers? I'm okay with expensive ones, just want something that has all the usual bells and whistles and then some.

Makes you wonder how many funeral homes are actually giving you the remains of your loved ones, as they may be selling their viable body parts on the black market. A funeral in Colorado and its owners Megan Hess, and her mother Shirley Koch, were caught selling body parts without consent of the families of the deceased. Instead they would give ashes that wasn't of the deceased.

I'm an organ donor, so I don't think this would happen, but for those who aren't organ donors and choose to be cremated, look out, they may be selling your body parts off.

Megan Hess is facing 20 years in prison and her mother Shirley is facing 15 years herself.

January just began, and more people are becoming sick. I don’t like it! I miss the times where people would just catch a minor cold or flu and be over it. Now on top of the common cold and flu we have to deal with Covid-19 AKA Stupid-19. Then there’s another respiratory virus called “RSV”, which targeted children in the beginning.

Can we just live in peace? Damn. I wonder has Bill Gates evil ass or his family gotten sick. Now he’s predicting another “pandemic”, and we should discuss that in another thread. It’s sad how we can’t live in peace. They want to depopulate the earth and have people staying in their home’s forever.

So far has anyone on here become sick lately? I noticed how the weather is way different than how it used to be. Trick weather to be exact. Like my mother would say, “pneumonia weather”. We haven’t received a snowfall in Maryland, all we’ve been getting is RAIN RAIN RAIN. It seems most days it’s not super cold. I’m not a fan of cold weather, but I would much rather deal with cold during the fall/winter season.

I remember some years ago when I was going to college in October, the weather was warm like end of May/beginning of June. I think the change in weather right now has been making people sick on top of the viruses being released. What y’all think?

Health is the most important thing and having a healthy body is beyond the value of any amount of money. I feel it is important for everyone to make healthy choices daily and work to become healthier in their day to day lives. With that being said, what are some healthy changes you are making in your life? Be it food and drink or physical and mental.

Currently, I am working on drinking more water. Trying to aim for 4 bottles a day and work my way up to 6.

The violence in Baltimore hasn’t changed throughout the years. We are four days in to the so called new year, and there has already been cases where people have been murdered and seriously injured. This is the main reason why I barely go into Baltimore city. It’s horrible and I feel for the residents who have to put up with the madness. I still have family who lives in the city. I have family who doesn’t live in the city but travels through Baltimore.

The mayor Brandon Scott can only show his frustration and send out prayers. He has done nothing beneficial as a politician. His mission hasn’t been met to end “gun violence”. This guy is a joke. I have to laugh sometimes. He will be up on the news cussing like that’s going to do something. I wish Black people would stop voting for these democratic clowns. Not saying the republicans are better, but the democrats are far worse. They always attacking guns yet the problem is the guns being in the wrong hands.

Also, Black people are not making the guns, it’s the white folks making the guns and dropping them off in the cities. The more time these elected officials keep wasting, the more failed solutions they bring to the table, the more the crime will happen. As a result, we’ll have more bodies in the morgues and then residents will just pack up and leave. Another crazy thing is they will have more illegals flooding the city soon. Baltimore is a sanctuary city anyway. Yet majority of murder victims are Black people. I know the Black democratic voters are regretting voting for Scott. But they still mad at Shelia Dixon over gift cards. 🤔

A dentist from PA named Brian Schwab got caught by a YouTube trying to meet a boy to perform oral sex on. I tweeted the pervs job work phone and pics from scene of the crime at like 4am. I find out he pulled a Clinton hours later.

Scary how the NBC news affiliate put my tweet under cause of death.

By the way the YouTube who caught him was a Black Man. Unfortunately I've been mistaken with said Black Man and have received tweet from the pedophile dentist's own patients thanking me instead of him.
