A 🐠 Fish In The Water 🌊

Do you ever think that white people are so used to racism that it has become normal for them?
I think this is the reason that Karens are confused when you get upset at their behavior. In their mind they are thinking why is this person upset with me? This is what I am supposed to be doing.

I realized a bit earlier just how rampant it is. I did a search on YouTube for a video where this black college student was falsely accused of stealing his own bike. There were numerous incidents of this having happened to black people that returned for the search. Even worse is they were almost all fairly recent.

It's like when you search for something like that the internet is confused. Like which one?

I believe they are so used to racist behavior that they sometimes end up doing it to each other. That's why you see the Karen behavior against all races.

Think of it this way. If you had the Dr. Doolittle ability and could speak to animals and said to a fish, "What are you doing in that water?"
The fish would say "What water?"

Ivan Provorov And Why I Agree With Him!

The LGBTQ community trying to force everyone to accept their beliefs at the behest of being cancelled is out of control. While I wholeheartedly support their right to be with who they want to be with, their right to marry that individual and have the same rights as any other married couple and their right to not be discriminated against due to their beliefs and sexual/relationship preferences I do not at all support them trying to make us all have to openly support and affirm their beliefs every day and in non-associated aspects of our lives.

It is literally to the point of that you can't have your own set of beliefs and values in regard to this community. I honestly feel like eventually it will come to that a gay person will just say I pick this straight guy and if the straight guy says "no" they will say he is discriminating. Thier body, their choice and they chose a straight guy. It is literally getting that pathetic!

Why should anyone be forced to wear rainbow colors and if they don't, they are cancelled? It becomes that not only does people have to give your rights, but they have to agree and openly support you or else. I feel like that's not asking for equality. It is asking for supremacy. It is saying not only do I have to have these rights, but you have to support my lifestyle and not even be able to have an opinion against me and if asked about it you have to lie to avoid offending our community.

That's not even the same as what black people want. As a black person all I want is to be able to work and make a living, be able to buy a home without discrimination in the process, the right to be able to live in any neighborhood without harassment, to not have our rights violated, to not be brutalized and killed by police, to be able to move around our neighborhoods freely without being viewed as suspicious, chased down and killed with a shotgun, to be able to shop in a store without being followed or having the police called on us for holding a pellet gun and shot dead without ever even knowing why or to be able to participate in normal activities without having the police called on us. As a black person I honestly don't even care if a person is racist and doesn't like me. That is their belief, and they can have what opinion they wish. All I ask is for them to not act on those beliefs. We can't change what is in a person's heart. We just want to change what they do based on those beliefs. Don't treat me different because of those beliefs. Don't take actions to hold me back because of those beliefs.

Black people are asking for so much less and we can't seem to get any of it. Meanwhile the LGBTQ community is asking for things that to a point are unreasonable and are actually getting it.

FL Wants Bloggers To Register With Government

“If a blogger posts to a blog about an elected state officer and receives, or will receive, compensation for that post, the blogger must register with the appropriate office … within 5 days after the first 164 by the blogger which mentions an elected state officer,” reads the bill, introduced by Republican state Sen. Jason Brodeur.

I THINK PHIL IS OFF POINT AGAIN ON THIS ONE

So my opinion on the whole video:

First, with the young Asian lady it sounds like she was just trying to give some education and information. That shouldn’t have been taken as anything more or less than that. Accept the information and use it where you can. If you don’t find the information useful then just ignore it.

Second, she is absolutely right in that the modern women, black women, however you want to frame it shouldn’t care about passport bros who are deciding to go overseas. If that's what they want to do and that's what makes them happy then it's their business and nobody else's. Point blank end the story.

Third, she is correct in that if passport bros are going to go overseas just do it. Go find you a woman overseas that makes you happy. There’s no reason to jump online and bash modern women, black women or however else you want to frame it. Just go do whatever makes you happy. And don’t worry about the women that you aren’t going to be dating anyway. Once you make that decision to go overseas, your focus should be on the woman that you get with there and so why talk about other women.

Fourth, just because the divestors got online and bash black men and talked about us and called us all kinds of evil things doesn’t mean that for black men to get online now and do the same to black women is right. As it's always said two wrongs don't make a right. If you're getting online making all these statements and disrespecting black women because of what the divestors did then you’re not doing it to make a point or give information. You are doing it for revenge and retaliation.

Fifth, she didn’t mean a polar bear literally. What she was trying to say was simply wherever you’re going to go. Where ever you're going to go to find a female then just do it. You don’t have to get online and bash black women or modern women in the process of doing it. Just do whatever you’re going to do and don’t talk about it.

What Phil doesn’t realize in this instance is that he is being a hypocrite. He is talking about how if a black woman gets with a white man then they don't have to bash black men in turn. All the meanwhile, Phil is with a Hispanic woman and online bashing black women. He is doing exactly what he is saying black women shouldn't do.

Sorry but Phil is wrong on this one!

Black Music Intl. Playlist

Jay always teasing me about listening to "non-FBA" artists. So I curated a small playlist of black artists located here and around the world that's non-FBA in a variety of genres. The first track is "FBA" but features a foreign artist. The rest of the playlist, all non-FBA.

There's dope black music worldwide and we shouldn't restrict ourselves.

I added a shameless plug at the end of the playlist. Enjoy.

How Bad Is 'Colorism' Within The Black Community?

I have seen some of this first hand. I'm dark skinned or as we used to say back 'dark skin-did' : ) and I used to get hated on by dark women. I love very, very dark skin which I admit is unusual to most Blacks if you are also very dark. I think dark skin being beautiful was reinforced in my family, my mom, aunts, etc.

In school and the streets it wasn't good when I was very little in elementary school but now its cool. I have heard dark skin women say light skin women are the preference and I'd agree, generally speaking.

However, the one thing I have seen is that no matter the complexion, if you are cute with a nice body, you are getting hollared at regularly. I've worked with and known very dark, cute sisters with nice bodies and get macked to by black, white, other men. And the dark sisters who complain the most about colorism? Real talk...its not their complexion. They are often too thick/big and average looks at best. Also, attitude.

Whoopie Goldberg complained about colorism when she was growing up and dating but c'mon. Whoopie could be light skinned and ain't no one hollaring at her. She isn't cute. Gabriel Union is dark skinned and we were all checking for her when she was young. TLC, Destiny's Child and a few other groups had dark members and we checked for them.

So, your thoughts?

Approaching Workplace Racism

How do you approach workplace racism?

I try to not let them get a reaction out of me if they make little racist "jokes" here and there then I don't react at all because they can just pass it off as a literal joke and if the boss is white too then they'll get on code and agree that it's "just a joke". If it's something extremely racist like calling me a slur and the boss won't do anything about it then I'll just quit the job.
