Think about it,

Prior to 2001, who would use the term Ether to describe something as "offensive, disrespectful, hurtful, piercing, etc"? I personally do not remember a time where that word was ever used until Nas dropped Ether on Jay-Z (Pun fully intended).

That's why I conclude that Ether is such a much more impactful track as its title is now apart of our lexicon. Children born in 2001 use the term in their normal language not understanding that its usage is directly tied to the destruction of Jay-Z's ego.

While this is an old horse, it's still an important horse.

I know people who have gone through divorce. Some of them did go through couple therapy, while others did not. Some of them still got divorces, but some did stick together for a while longer.

Anyway, would you go through therapy first if you feel a divorce is coming?

I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a android smartwatch, or an Apple Watch, but I can't be bothered to spend so much on one at the moment. I did get this cheap chinese workout band that works like a smartwatch kinda. It's like called the Miband 5 or something. It was like $35 and lets you count steps, calories burnt etc.

Do you guys own any legit smart watches though?

I always liked the concept of being friends with someone first before dating them. It establishes a bond without the entanglements of lust, romance, and infatuation. It doesn't come easy though. Most of the time, you will know if you are interested in making something more or not right away and if you hold back on that, you risk losing them to someone else.

If being friends first was an option for you, would you take that option?

When I was younger, I would dress up and go door to door for candy. Standard childhood experience.

As an adult, I really don't do anything. I am not into the party scene and as much as I do enjoy dressing up, I am not down to go to parties. If I happen to work on Halloween, I will wear some cat ears or something. The clinic I work at allows some minor costume wear which is fun. I would love to be able to pass out candy but I have to wait until I have a proper house for that. Hoping I can swing something next year. Even if I have to get a friend to pay "rent" and do a house share with me. It would be worth it to finally own property. That and I'd love to decorate for the holidays.

Anyway, do you do anything on or for Halloween? Do you have any plans this year?

Someone I know mentioned it and I was looking into it more. I can't say I am surprised. What worries yet fascinates me is this mention of a "shadow economy". I always felt like there were things going on that we everyday people have no clue about. The fact that the middle class is disappearing in places like the US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc. really makes me question if this has anything to do with it.

With Halloween coming soon, I got to thinking and thought of ghosts and the paranormal. Do you guys believe that ghosts or spirits are real? I personally don't believe ghosts are real. I think anyone who says they saw something, may be seeing things they just can't explain, or maybe a hallucination. idk.

I believe in there being the possibility of aliens more than I do ghosts. But, I know some people who believe in ghosts. Discuss your thoughts.

I have had white doctors in the past, but have always moved on to another doctor. I think it's because they wouldn't always be able to figure out my issues. But whenever I would see a black doctor, he or she would figure out my issue like that. Either I was seeing bad doctors back them, or they just hate black people.

Anyway, what is your preferences when it comes to your doctor? Do you care if they are white or black? Male or female?

Do you guys believe in love at first sight? I have met many women who I was extremely attracted to, but I don't know if I would ever say love. Love is such a strong word, you only say that if you for sure love that person.

I'm sure some people have met their future boyfriend or girlfriend, or even spouse by falling for looks first.

I myself do not believe in love at first sight as I mentioned above. But, it can turn into love.

Who's hyped? I'm a oldhead so this is one I'm definitely tuning in for. Two elite performers and extremely important hip hop pioneers who are about to put on one hell of a show. Honestly I'm not really putting too much stock into who will win, but more into the celebratory aspect.

I've always been into stereo equipment, speakers, amps ect. I have a few set up's nothing extravagant but work's well. I'm saving for some real Audiophile gear it will be a while, the equipment is expensive as hell. I have a music room that I made after my son moved out, I mostly play Jazz when I decide to chill and kick back.
My set up in my office is mostly Pioneer wit Klipsch Speakers and my music room i have some B&W speakers, Polk Speakers and Pioneer speakers with mostly JVC gear.
nothing hi end but decent.
I'm a woodworker also I made my stereo cabinet. these are old pictures, i do have a few update's ill share later.

I have to compress some of my photos, ill post more later.

I want to get my brother a pair for his birthday. He is turning 30 at the end of the month. I know he has always wanted a solid pair of leather sneakers but I have no clue who makes what and what is the best when it comes to men's sneakers. Anyone got some suggestions?
